ISNA is collaborating with various national Muslim and interfaith organizations on this humanitarian initiative and mosques throughout the country are expected to join fellow Americans in contributing to help the families of the victims.

Donations may be made to “Fort Hood Family Fund” and sent to ISNA headquarters (P. O. Box 808, Plainfield, Indiana 46168), or donate online: http://www.forthoodfamilyfund.com

  1. This Islamic fund for the benefit of soldiers and families of those suffering from the Ft. Hood massacre is  surely a natural and true expression of compassion that is among the Muslims who see all people as fellow creations of god.   May we  also see in the muslim liturgy a commitment to the true teaching; that god loves all of his creations and that men are not means to some other end as Hassan apparently believed but was never dissuaded in his daily devotion or as he praised god while killing us.
